About Us
Equine Capital Berhad was listed on the then Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 28 October 2003 upon the successful implementation of the corporate and debt restructuring exercise of Kuala Lumpur Industries Holdings Berhad.
The authorised share capital of Equine Capital Berhad is RM500 million which comprises 500 million ordinary shares of RM1 each. Its issued and fully paid share capital is RM227 million made up of 227 million ordinary shares of RM1 each.
Equine Group's core competency is in property development; its township development comprising mixed residential and commercial properties, is focused mainly in Seri Kembangan in Selangor and Batu Kawan in Penang. The Group's principal subsidiary companies which have been engaged in property development activities since 1992, had successfully developed and handed over properties ranging from terrace houses, apartments, semi-detached homes, park houses and high-end bungalows.
