EQuator Shop Offices
Overview
EQuator is a joint venture development between its land owner, Jelang Puncak Sdn. Bhd. and developer, Taman Equine (M) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Equine Capital Bhd. The development land was formerly used as for equestrian activities which have since been relocated. The land is flat with a slight elevation above road levels, is beside Alice Smith International School with its front directly opposite Wisma Penyayang. Site clearing works have commenced since April 2011.
Located on a 16-acre land at the heart of the township of Taman Equine, the development which was aptly named Equator, comprises 74 units of 2-storey shop offices, 59 units of 3-storey shop offices, and 5 units of 5-storey shop office together with a multi-storey carpark housing several small shoplots. When fully completed, EQuator is expected to be the beehive of all commercial activities in Taman Equine and a centre of attraction.
